Peak Climbing in Nepal has been popular ever since Tenzing Norgey Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hilary made successful summit on the Mt. Everest (8,848 m) the highest peaks in the world in 1953. Peak climbing is most challenging but best adventure sport in the world, whereas Nepal is one of the most popular destination for peak climbing because, Nepal is home of eight highest peaks above 8,000 meters height [among the 14 mountains in the world]. Similarly, there are more than 1,300 mountains above 6,000 m. Out of them the government has opened some 400 peaks, including Mt. Everest, for climbing purpose and organizing any kinds of adventures sports including peak climbing, mountaineering and expedition. There are hardly any country in the world which holds such a numerous of peaks and where you can have such adventurous sport and make your holiday a memorable one. This is why thousands of tourists make it to Nepal for having peak climbing.

Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) is one of the authorized agencies in Nepal to give permission to climb mountains bellow 2,200 ft. While, the mountaineering section of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation issues the permission for climbing on the peaks having elevation above 2,200 ft. The charge for peak climbing depends on the number of members involved in a group and the height of the mountain you want to have summit and the adventure sport you want to organize in the particular mountain range. Chulu West peak Climbing

Chulu west peak (6,584 m) climbing is one another popular peak for climbing in Nepal. It is located in Annapurna region. Chulu West peak climbing is also combined with Annapurna region trekking. Besides, Chulu West Peak, there are numerous other peaks located in Annapurna region which are included in the trekking package. Chulu west peak lies to the north of Mt. Annapurna, above the Manang valley. Chulu west peak climbing is also combined with Chulu east peak Climbing. 

Island Peak Climbing

Island peak (6,183m) is one of the popular peaks for climbing in Nepal. It is located in the Everest region. This peak was first known as Imja Tse peak. Peake climbing in this particular peak has been one of the most loved and demanded among the travelers of Mount Fuji Adventure because peak climbing sport on this particular peak is combined with the Everest base camp trekking. Another reason why tourists choose this trekking is, the trekking to this area provides awesome views of snow-capped mountains lying around the Khumbu region including Mt. Everest (8848m), 

Mera Peak Climbing

Mera Peak climbing (6,654m) is one another popular peaks for climbing located in the Everest region, primarily at the south of Mt. Everest. It is one of the frequently organized peak climbing trips by Mount Fuji Adventure team. This peak is said that the team of Col. Jimmy Roberts and Sen Tenzing for the first time had made successful summit along the Everest base camp route in 1953.
